"Here's how , your 'friends' are effecting your productivity."
One morning you wake up and there’s a random song playing on your radio. You may not like that song at first, still as you heard this song again
and again, on your way to an office or at the tea shop or anywhere.
It starts running in mind and later that day you found yourself
humming that song. It's a very common thing to happen to most of you.
When we do something on repetition, our mind starts absorbing it.
This is the perfect example for you to understand that when you
spend too much time around unhealthy people, you become the same.
" Unfortunately our mind doesn’t discriminate between good and bad as we develop habits, the results we get done."

It is an old saying “ our friend circle defines who we are”.
Surrounding yourself with unhealthy people will never make you rise any higher. It hardly matters how much you try to do something
great, the ones around you will find a way to put you down.
As we grow up we lose many friends. Some due to trust issues,
some for lack of communication but have you ever ended a relation
with someone, thinking about how they are for your productivity?
We don’t think about friendships that deep right !!!
It’s not necessary that every time, it is your friend, sometimes we
have relatives. Whom we can’t eliminate like others.
The very interesting thing to notice here is, our parents predict the bad ones even before we do. They tell us but we don’t listen to them.
WHAT DO I MEAN BY UNHEALTHY PEOPLE
One more thing that I have felt during my friendships, the person who is not good for you must not necessarily be bad, it’s just they are halting your progress in some ways.
Which is why it seems difficult to tell who is not good for you! These kinds of people havenegative vibes, yet their actions may not be necessarily unfortunate.
I often have these types of friends.

And most of the time it is easy to understand by just looking at their activities. Their actions will remark to you why they are not right for the friendship. Their actions may be included:
1. Trolling others
2. Being judgy
3. Always pointing mistakes of others but never admitting their mistakes
4. Thinking of oneself as leader of the group and dominating others.
5. Forcing you or others to do things we don't like to do.
IT’S TIME TO RECHECK THE ONES AROUND YOU
I must say that if you haven’t checked the people around you
then, the time has come and you should do it now. Concerning our productivity is not selfishness it’s self-care!
Your life is a movie, in which you are the director, producer, cameraman, and the hero. You can choose whom so ever you want to have in your movie and remove the else. You have the power to make your movie a hit.
And to do so you have to take some difficult
decisions like being around with the ones who uplift you and
eliminating the ones who don’t.

It’s not necessary that you have to eliminate them directly. You can start
by avoiding them at first and slowly making a distance from them.
I used to have a group of friends in college. But when I decided to check my friend circle, at first I felt guilty. Just don’t know why.
I never said something bad to them nor treated them poorly. All I did was
making distance. Later, without being surrounded by them,
I began to notice some great results. The main fact is this,
you have to choose friends who encourage you.
You may not notice now what unfortunate they might be causing
you but you’ll see that in the results you’ll get later.
HOW THIS HELPED ME :
After I distanced with my college friends, I realized what I was losing.
I’ll explain to you this way:
* I was losing my individuality. Most of the time being recognized as a part of the group.
* I hardly got time to work on my strengths. It’s likely whenever
we used to be free, we choose to go somewhere for fun.
But I later acquired that it was a waste of time. Having fun is
good but investing most of your time to it, isn’t.
* I became judgy. I didn’t like to judge others on the basis of
what they wear or do, but unlikely I didn’t realize when
I got to be one of them.
* The most amazing thing happening to me was that I started doing some of the important tasks that I have been procrastinating for too long. Such as making a routine to wake up early and exercise, reading productive books.
Remember,
