“6- reasons why all the successful Leaders wake up early (and you should too)"

Getting up early is the most tedious task for many. After all who wants to wake up early when you are getting such a nice soothing sleep of morning hours.

And if you have noticed, your sleep in the morning is absolutely fine, I mean it’s more powerful than at night.

I used to hate waking up for school at 6. Oh my goodness, it was so bad! When I came to college I never had to worry about it. Most classes were held at 9 in the morning.

WHY I DECIDED TO BE AN EARLY RISER :
Something did change as I took over my hobby of reading and writing articles. To give more time to my hobby I came into the conclusion of being an early riser.

It was not easy at the beginning, after all, I was lazy potato (lol)!

But fortunately, my reading habit guided me through it, to make it a habit.
I came across so many awakening journals and books which made me realize the importance of waking up early in the morning.

Watching the interviews of great leaders among which the most common quality was an early riser. I got convinced to become one! Like our prime minister wakes up at 4.

6 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD WAKE UP EARLY TOO:
I know many who want to make rising early as a habit. Here I suggest 6 wonderful reasons to do the same. These reasons will transform your working strategy. Your game will take a high turnover. The benefits are just uncountable.

1. Time to yourself:
If you want to take out time for yourself then there is no best time in the morning. It’s all quiet and calm. There’s nobody to judge you, no messages, no calls. Just you!! Having a hectic lifestyle is tiring.

Doesn’t matter you’re a student or a job person. Everyone deserves some moment with themselves. And I will highly recommend you as I am experienced.

2. Increment in productivity:
When you start our day with some exercise and working on what we love, you will attain the positive vibes for the rest of the day.

A good start is a half battle won. You will have more energy and desire to complete your upcoming events. The positivity will guide you through the difficult events as well. You’ll still feel fresh even after working for many hours.

3. A small gift to your health:
Like me, if you have always neglected exercising then not anymore. Morning hours are best for the workout.

Including that your skin also gets nourished for I have heard it many times from my mom that waking up early gives you healthy skin.
You can even choose to meditate as it is so quiet and still.

4. A little attention to what you love:
I started waking up early to give time to my hobbies. And I felt amazing working on them. You can also choose to do what you love, what makes you feel good. It can be anything of your will like doodling, practicing musical instruments, or anything else.

The main point here is your hobbies should never be left behind in your so-called busy schedule. They are all your part. I think your hobbies are the ones that keep you positive.

5. Working for the most important task :
It has been found in recent research that working on your most valuable thing in the morning will help you to do it more effectively.

Robin Sharma in his book “ The 5am club” has defined this hour as victory hour. Because during this hour you are out of contact from everyone, all alone with you and all the calmness. You don’t have any distractions also, the world is asleep.

6. Time to schedule your work:
Well-planned work is much easy to handle than an unplanned one. Planning everything before the start of the day will give you a proper structure of what you are going to do for the rest of the day.

Then it’ll not be a dreading task, for you know everything ahead. And when you know everything already you’ll finish up work early. May be till the afternoon you might have achieved what others take a whole day to complete.

Here is a bonus point for you.
You will be ahead of everyone else. While everyone else will be asleep, you will be working on yourself. That’s so good, isn’t it!
A little constant work will give you mesmerizing results, you may not have expected”.

Being an early riser has surely transformed my working capacity and quality. Now it’s time for you to change your lifestyle.

"Here's how , your 'friends' are effecting your productivity."

One morning you wake up and there’s a random song playing on your radio. You may not like that song at first, still as you heard this song again and again, on your way to an office or at the tea shop or anywhere.  It starts running in mind and later that day you found yourself humming that song. It's a very common thing to happen to most of you.   When we do something on repetition, our mind starts absorbing it.  This is the perfect example for you to understand that when you  spend too much time around unhealthy people, you become the same. " Unfortunately our mind doesn’t discriminate between good and bad as we develop habits, the results we get done." It is an old saying “  our friend circle defines who we are” .  Surrounding yourself with unhealthy people will never make you rise any higher.  It hardly matters how much you try to do something great, the ones around you will find a way to put you down.   As we grow up we lose many friends....

“9 things I learnt from 'The 5am Club' that no one ever talks about."(A guide to understanding life better)

I love reading. After starting my blog, my reading capacity has accelerated much faster.  The favorite ones are self- help books. I am personally into them a lot.  So I have just completed “The 5am club” by Robin Sharma, the same author who wrote, “The monk who sold his Ferrari”.  I am following Robin Sharma for the last 2 months. I listened to his podcasts, read his book, watched YouTube videos. And I am deeply moved by his teachings.  The book “5am club” reflects the writer’s knowledge about “becoming successful” in the most catchy way. Before moving to the 9 points, I would like to tell you about the book a little to my readers who want to try this book. (It’s worth trying) WHAT IS THERE IN THE BOOK:  5am club is all about success strategies. But not like other success teaching books, it has been written with deeper facts. While reading the book you can relate to every single line.  You’ll feel like “ ohh my god, I was living with suc...

“How to overcome internal and external distractions.”

Everyone got issues while handling distractions. If someone says they don’t get distracted easily then there’s no chance that they are saying the truth. You might take control over them at one time but the other second you will be simply caught by its intriguing path. To deal with distractions better you must know it well. That’s what this blog is all about. You will be understanding distractions to its fullest to overcome it. So let’s go. TYPES OF DISTRACTIONS Distractions are of two categories; 1.
