The rule is dead simple. All you have to do is decide just 3 things you want to accomplish each day. You can either decide a night before and put it down on your little handy dairy. But, this doesn’t work for me. My method is a little variant. When I go to sleep I don’t use my cell. Rather I concentrate on what I want to achieve the next day but I don’t write it down.
